TCIL requires qualified and experienced candidate for the post of Project Manager on Contractual basis for Three (03) years as per qualification and job description given below:

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B. Tech with MBA with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute / University.

Desirable Qualification

Due advantage will be given to the candidates who are having Project Management Professional (PMP) / ITIL etc., certification.

Working Experience:
Ø Should have min 10 years’ experience in IT consultancy and advisory services.
Ø Should have experience in monitoring large IT Projects
Ø Should have relevant technical and managerial experience in design and monitoring of large scale IT projects
Ø Should have experience in Bid Process Management
Ø Should have relevant experience in Problem Identification, Cause Analysis, Reporting and Escalation
Ø Should have experience in interpreting and monitoring of SLAs at various levels and calculation of payments based on SLA performance of the bidder.
Ø Should have the ability to lead, motivate and direct the team to achieve the business objectives.
Ø Should have ability to anticipate and address the project risks.
Ø Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
